About us
Firefighter-owned. Detail-driven.
First Response Glass is owned and operated by an active-duty firefighter serving Middle Tennessee. The same habits that matter on shift (showing up on time, doing it right the first time, and owning the result) go into every shower, mirror and railing we install.
We're a small shop, so you deal with the person who measures, orders and installs your glass from start to finish.

★★★★★
I have a construction business and have used several other companies in the past to install shower glass doors. Ben “First Response Glass” is the only person I will use for installs now. His work is exceptional and at an affordable price. You can count on him to show up when he says he will and will communicate during the entire process. He takes time to answer all questions and has many options that will fit your budget. I highly recommend First Response Glass. You won’t be disappointed!
★★★★★
I couldn't be any happier with the service that Ben provided. He put a glass topper on my desk and other office furniture and it looks amazing. He even put the desk pieces together for me when he absolutely didn't have to. Wonderful customer service especially for the price paid. Plus he's a really nice guy. HIGHLY recommend.
